Scott Steiner blasts Hulk Hogan and claims he slept with 15,000 women in one year
'Back in 1998-1999, I broke Wilt Chamberlain's record with 15,000 women,' Steiner said.
Scott Steiner has claimed that he slept with 15,000 women in one year, to break Wilt Chamberlain's record of having slept with 20,000 women in his lifetime.
Big Poppa Pump made the outlandish claim while promoting Impact Wrestling's Slammiversary XV pay-per-view (PPV) on a media conference call. The PPV event airs on Sunday (2 July).
"Back in 1998-1999, I broke Wilt Chamberlain's record with 15,000 women," he said as transcribed by ProWrestlingSheet. "I always thought that even though it's not listed in the Book of World Records, I was a fan of Wilt Chamberlain and that was one world record I tried to break. In 1999, I broke it."
During the media conference call, he also opened up about the incident with Hulk Hogan's wife Jennifer at an airport during WrestleMania 31 week that almost landed him in lock-up. He said that he had to ask his lawyer to call the police department because the Hulkster tried to get him arrested for assault.
Steiner was banned from the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony after the incident. In 2015, Steiner revealed he confronted Hogan's wife with some harsh words about Hogan inducting Randy Savage. Steiner also said that he did not lay his hands on Jennifer but Hogan lied so he could put him behind bars.
"Well I had to get a, you know, I had my lawyer call the police department because he tried to get me arrested for assault," said Steiner. "You know, threatened his life, I mean, you know that's a serious, that carries 15-20 years."
"And of course WWE takes the word of a racist. You know and puts my picture all over the entrances like I'm going to go there. You know, so, no, nothing ever came of it," said Steiner. "Other than the fact that, you know, Hogan shows what a coward he really is. Lucky it happened at an airport where it had all the cameras so, you know, it was easy to prove my innocence."
When he was asked if Hogan can redeem himself after his latest controversies, he said he was a "racist" who "humiliated himself" in court by talking about his penis size and wearing a stupid bandanna.
