Selena Gomez reveals she is single on Carpool Karaoke: Tells James Corden 'find me a boyfriend'

The latest episode of The Late Late Show's Carpool Karaoke segment saw Selena Gomez open up about her dating life. The Same Old Love hit-maker disclosed that she is single while on a drive with James Corden.

In the middle of their karaoke session, Gomez asked the host to find her a boyfriend. Her comment came after the host got the songstress talking about her famous friend squad, which does not have any male members to boast of. Gomez's famous all-girl squad includes the likes of Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid.

"I like to consider myself an O.G., like the original," the 23-year-old singer said.

"I actually think the squad is a bit sexist," Corden said. "Because it's all about being equals, and yet no man has been asked to join the squad. I actually find it degrading to men," he added.

Gomez defended her clique and said, "Well I think this industry could use a little bit of female sexism. I think we have a right to be that way. It's a lot harder doing what I have to do.

"Find me a boyfriend and then we'll talk about it. Sure, why not? Well, I don't know. I like to have fun."

Corden then cheekily questioned, "So what you're saying is you want to get a guy in every port?"

"No!" Gomez said. "Not every place."

The show kicked off with Gomez surprising Corden with a detour to an amusement park for a rollercoaster ride. Keeping up with the show's tradition, the duo sang a couple of the former Disney star's tracks while they were speeding through the course.

"Oh God. That was no fun," Corden, who was visibly shaken when the ride finally came to a stop, said.

The Neighbors 2 actress most famously dated Justin Bieber from 2009 until 2014 and in recent months has been linked to Orlando Bloom, Charlie Puth and Neymar Jr.
