Porn star Shyla Stylez died on Thursday (9 November) in her sleep aged 35, it has been reported.

The German-Canadian AVN Hall of Fame performer passed away at her mother's home in British Colombia, Canada, according to AVN.

Her cause of death has not been announced as of yet, but fans are already taking to social media to pay tribute to the star.

Porn site Brazzers wrote on their official Twitter account: ''Like everyone else we're just hearing about the loss of Shyla Stylez. Absolutely devastating news.''

One fan tweeted: ''I can't believe what I just saw. I am so lost for words. May Shyla Stylez rest in peace.''

While another added: ''So it's confirmed then. Details are sketchy at best, but everyone mourns to loss of such a legend and incredible talent. RIP Shyla Stylez. You will be missed.''

Someone else tweeted: ''RIP Shyla Stylez, baby you were a star. So beautiful, and yet so young.''

Stylez was a contract performer with Jill Kelly Productions during her peak of her career. The blonde-haired star was famed for her beauty, work ethic and ''hardcore'' performances and renowned for her professionalism.

She was nominated for AVN's Best New Starlet award in 2003 along and received a nomination for''Best Boobs'' in 2014.

Her filmography included Buffy Malibu's Nasty Girls 28, Everybody Loves Big Boobies 4 and MILFs In Bondage 3: My Favorite MILF.
