Siemen's Chief Executive Joe Kaeser said on Tuesday (June 17) he saw no reason to improve his company's offer after the French government raised the stakes in the battle for the power assets of engineering group Alstom on urging the Germany company and its rival bidder General Electric and to come up with better offers.
