Singer Taylor Swift on Vogue Cover, Talks About Heartbreak

American country pop singer Taylor Swift will appear on the cover of the forthcoming Vogue issue (on sale from January 24).

The 22-year-old singer will speak about her next album, which according to Swift, is about "absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak" that she had experienced.

The singer, who broke up with American actor Jake Gyllenhaal in early 2011, has not named anyone. The "Fearless" singer was also romantically linked with pop singer John Clayton Mayer.

The Grammy award winner had earlier dated singer Joe Jonas and Twilight star Taylor Lautner.

Swift told the fashion magazine that writing songs helps her to "feel better" and gain "clarity" about her relationships, reports the Associated Press.

Swift lists qualities that a guy should not have to impress her. The guy should not fall for her merely reading her Wikipedia page, should not be threatened by her security and should not be too concerned about her privacy, reports the Associated Press.
