Even though Sony just announced the Xperia Z3 a few days ago, the company is already planning for its successor, the Xperia Z4, according to a report from PhoneArena. The smartphone is expected to be released during the MWC 2015 expo around spring.
Reputed Sony leaker Ricciolo has just offered a tip, hinting that the successor to the Xperia Z3 will have top specs, including the best possible display.
Even though Sony execs said that they don't care about a QHD screen since it's a battery-demanding technology, we could see that ultra-high quality display in the Xperia Z4. There is speculation that the company might have just said this to console Sony fans for missing out on a QHD display on the recently launched Xperia Z3.
Forget the words of Sony exec, about 1080p only XPERIA screen.. ;) Z4 or whatever is CALLED(!!!) ;) ,will have TOP specs..SCREENRES included!

This new tip is a clear indication that Sony might just use a QHD display, which is seen on rival flagship smartphones like the LG G3. Other expected specs include a Snapdragon 805 processor, or even a a Snapdragon 810 processor, if Qualcomm manages to get those ready on time.
For the uninitiated, the Sony Xperia Z3 runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box and is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor alongside 3GB of RAM. It includes 16GB of built-in storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).
Other features on the Xperia Z3 include an IP65/68 certification, which makes the phone dust-proof and waterproof. The smartphone will be available in Black, Copper, Silver Green, and White. It measures 146.5x72x7.3mm and weighs 152 grams.
