Where to Watch Live
The match starts at 10pm BST. Live coverage of the match is available on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD. Live scores and real-time internet updates are available on the US Open's official website.
Overview
The second round tie for Wawrinka was an exciting clash as the Swiss tennis star defeated Chung Hyeon in straight sets. He was facing a 19-year-old, who gave a tough fight to the world No 5.
All three sets were won by Wawrinka on a tie breaker as the final score was 7-6, 7-6, 7-6. His best record in the fourth and the final Grand Slam of the year was to reach the semi-final in 2013.
Having won the French Open by defeating Novak Djokovic in the final, the 30-year-old is high on confidence and is one of the favourites to win the US Open. Wawrinka needs to beat Bemelmans to keep his dream alive.
Bemelmans was lucky to progress to the third round of the ongoing tournament. US tennis star Jack Sock had won the first two sets, before losing the next set to the 27-year-old. Sock picked up an injury in the fourth set, which forced him to retire. This allowed Bemelmans to go forward in the tournament as he will be facing Wawrinka in the third round.
