Star Wars 8 title leaked? Kylo Ren's Darth Vader influence may be vital in The Force Awakens sequel

Star Wars 8 is still months away from its premiere but anticipation around its plot has started building up among its ardent fans. Reports suggest that the title of the upcoming space opera is leaked before its official announcement.

A report by Movie Pilot reveals that Episode VIII of the blockbuster Star Wars franchise will be titled Tale Of The Jedi Temple. The website also speculates that the upcoming movie may reveal more about Rey's (Daisy Ridely) Force as she finally meets Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), the Jedi master during the end of the seventh instalment.

Luke, who went into self-imposed exile after Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) ruined his Jedi Order, may train Rey as a Jedi and this might have some links with the temple.

Disney, however, has not reacted to the leaks and is yet to reveal the official titles of the eighth part, which is expected in May. Currently, the filming of the movie is in full swing and the cast and crew are using the pseudo name Space Bear as the title of the film.

In Episode VII The Force Awakens, the fierce and epic battle between the space junk scavenger and Kylo Ren became the high point, mainly because the former Jedi, who turned dark leader, was defeated by Rey, who realises her power of manipulating the Force.

She was so overpowering during the fight that they both got separated by a fissure. But that does not mean Ren is dead. After seeking further guidance from Supreme Leader Snoke, he will be back to find and kill Luke.

Kylo Ren and Darth Vader:

Ren is the latest from the Skywalker family to turn towards the Dark Side by making Darth Vader his source of inspiration. Speculation is high that the plot of Episode VIII will largely be based on Ren's increased evil doings as he idolises the dark side of his grandfather Anakin Skywalker.

In Star Wars 7, he was seen safekeeping the mask wore by Darth Vader and promising to end what his grandfather started. But there is the stark contrast between the two leaders of the dark.

In Return Of The Jedi, the dark lord turns towards the light after he sees that his son Luke's life is in danger from Emperor Palpatine. In an attempt to save his son, Anakin kills the emperor but succumbs to his injuries.

However, during an argument with Supreme Leader Snoke, Kylo revealed that his father Han Solo means nothing to him, and that the commander of the First Order killed the former rebel leader who was trying to save Rey from his custody. This is how Kylo rectified Anakin's mistakes.

Star Wars: Episode VIII will begin right from where TFA left off, (Rey meets the former Jedi master on an island and offers him his lightsaber). Rumours are abuzz that Luke will train the space scavenger as a Jedi before her major showdown with Snoke and Kylo.

The eighth and ninth instalment of Star Wars will be directed by Rian Johnson. The movies are scheduled to be released in 2017 and 2018 simultaneously.
