Steam Autumn Sale: Black Friday deals on Skyrim, GTA, Call of Duty, Doom and more

Steam has never really done Black Friday, but it's no coincidence that its latest sale starts shortly before the biggest shopping day of the year. With no official confirmation prior to its launch, this year's Steam Autumn Sale is now underway.

Steam sales are famous (or infamous depending on the well-being of your wallet) for their huge array of discounts and the amount of money often discounting.

Many games, from recent hits to indie gems to celebrated classics, are made available for only a few quid a pop. It's been a very busy few months in gaming, so the Steam sale may be the perfect opportunity to catch up on some titles you may have missed.
