Suits season 4, episode 12 'Respect' airs this Wednesday (4 February) and after the intense midseason premiere last week, fans are eager to know how things transpire between Louis Litt and the other partners at Pearson Specter (now Pearson Specter Litt).

However, it looks like the upcoming episode will present a new problem for Mike, in the form of Harvard professor Henry Gerard -- played by Gabriel Macht's (Harvey) real-life father Stephen Macht.

According to the official synopsis for 'Respect', Harvard ethics professor Henry Gerard seeks Harvey's help with a case that requires a lack of ethics to win. Mike, meanwhile, does his best to not be spotted by the professor, whose class he never took; and Louis tries to wine and dine a socialite CEO.

"It will be exciting to see Gabriel and his father together in the new episode. In an interview with TV Guide, creator Aaron Korsh, hints that Stephen Macht will reprise his role in episode 14 as well," states Ecunews.com.

Talking about Louis' issues with Mike and the others, Korsh said that the upcoming episodes will focus on his process of accepting or coming to terms with the situation.

In the earlier episode, Louis lashed out on Rachel, buried Mike in paralegal work and strong armed Jessica, using Mike's fraudulent past, to finally be named partner of the firm. Unfortunately, the joke was on him as Jessica entered a clause in his partnership agreement that made him a co-conspirator of Mike's big secret.

Suits season 4, episode 12 'Respect' will air on Wednesday, 4 February at 9pm ET/PT on USA Network.
