The first-ever National Football League Honors witnessed the league's top players being acknowledged and awarded for their contribution to the game on Saturday night.
At the star-studded event held at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers was announced the winner of Associated Press' 2011 NFL Most Valuable Player Award.

Defensive Player of the Year: Terrell Suggs, Baltimore Ravens defensive end/linebacker.
Offensive Player of the Year: Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints quarterback.
Defensive Rookie of the Year: Von Miller, Denver Broncos linebacker.
Offensive Rookie of the Year: Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers quarterback.
Coach of the Year: Jim Harbaugh, San Francisco's 49ers head coach.
Comeback Player of the Year—Matthew Stafford, Detroit quarterback.
The ceremony was hosted by Alec Baldwin an dwas attended by celebrities like Katy Perry.
