Super Bowl 2013: Keyshia Cole Backlash for Michelle Williams Performance Jibe
Keyshia Cole has found herself at the centre of a media storm after slamming Michelle Williams's performance at the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show.
The singer-songwriter drew the wrath of fans worldwide after criticising the former Destiny's Child star who had briefly joined Beyoncé Knowles and Kelly Rowland on stage.
After the trio sang some of their best-loved hits, Cole vented her disapproval on Twitter.
"I think I was frightened to blink for a sec. Then Michelle sung and woke my a** up from my daze," Cole told her 200,000 followers. "She's always f****d the groove up."
Fans quickly came to Williams's defence and chastised Cole in a string of harsh tweets and commentary.
One said: "And when was the last time you performed at the Super Bowl?"
Another accused her of being unable to sing in key, walk and dance at the same time.
Cole responded in an online rant.
"By the way, the bitch Michell said some foul s**t while I was performing once but no one recalls.
Watch Michelle's performance here and decide for yourselves...
