'What Is Wrong With Susan Dell's Face': Critics Brutally Mock Her Alleged $50,000 'MAGA Makeover'
The philanthropist appeared with Donald and Michael Dell to promote Trump Accounts, while social-media comparisons prompted unverified claims about her appearance

Philanthropist Susan Dell, who is married to Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell, joined President Donald Trump in the Oval Office on 7 October to promote Trump Accounts.
Some social media users subsequently compared photographs of Dell from different periods and speculated about changes in her appearance.
However, social‑media posts and photographs cannot establish whether someone has undergone cosmetic procedures.
Dell appeared alongside Trump and her husband to discuss Trump Accounts, a programme offering tax‑advantaged investment accounts to eligible US children under 18.
The Dells committed $6.25 billion to fund $250 each for 25 million eligible children's Trump Accounts. At the 7 October event, Michael Dell said 10 million accounts had been funded that morning, with the remaining accounts expected to be funded by the end of that week.
'Over the past month, as our contribution has reached millions of children's accounts, Michael and I have heard from so many parents and kids and grandparents with these beautiful letters that have truly moved us,' Dell said. 'Children have told us that they want to become entrepreneurs. They want to become nurses, doctors, engineers. They want to build their own company someday.'
During the same event, Trump suggested that Dell consider running for political office and said he would endorse her if she did.
Online Reaction to Susan Dell's Oval Office Appearance
The announcement concerned children's investment accounts, but some online discussion focused on Dell's appearance. Several users on X compared photographs of Dell from different periods with footage of her White House appearance and speculated about changes in her appearance. These posts do not establish whether she has undergone cosmetic procedures.

Some posts contained personal insults, which this article does not reproduce. The posts cited do not provide evidence that their authors have direct knowledge of Dell's medical history. Their comments are speculation, not confirmation of any procedure.
Some social media users applied the phrase 'Mar‑a‑Lago face' to Dell's appearance. The expression is used by some commentators to criticise what they perceive as a particular cosmetic aesthetic associated with people in Trump's social and political circles.
The label is subjective and does not establish that Dell has undergone cosmetic procedures.
What Doctors Said About Her Alleged 'MAGA Makeover'
Dell has not publicly confirmed undergoing cosmetic procedures. Dr Ross Perry, medical director of Cosmedics Skin Clinics, offered The Mirror an opinion on her appearance based on photographs, along with estimates of what certain procedures can cost.
Commenting on photographs, Perry said Dell's face appeared 'noticeably tighter and tauter,' while her eye area looked 'more open than usual.' He said several surgical or non‑surgical procedures could produce similar changes. He had not examined Dell, and his comments do not establish that she had undergone any treatment.
Perry also outlined potential costs for several procedures, up to $40,000 for a full facelift, about $8,000 for eyelid surgery, $300 to $800 for Botox and $600 to $1,500 for fillers. These are general estimates, not a verified assessment of Dell's treatment or spending. There is no evidence in this article that she underwent any of these procedures.
Perry also cautioned that lighting, make‑up, camera angles, weight loss or temporary swelling can significantly alter how someone appears in photographs. Without a professional consultation, any discussion of cosmetic work remains speculative.
What Can and Cannot Be Established About Susan Dell's Face
The online discussion has focused on Dell's appearance, but there is no independently verified evidence in this article that she has undergone cosmetic procedures or spent money on them.
Dr Perry's comments and cost estimates are general observations based on photographs, not a medical assessment of Dell.
The available evidence therefore supports reporting the online reaction, not presenting a cosmetic makeover or its supposed cost as an established fact.
