Overview

Swansea come into this fixture after suffering a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Leicester City. The Premier League champions were in search of their first win and beat the Welsh club in the previous match.

Francesco Guidolin managed a victory over Burnley in the first match of the 2016/17 campaign. Following that, they suffered two defeats at the hands of Hull City and Claudio Ranieri's side. Swansea will be looking to bounce back when they take on the Blues on Sunday.

Chelsea have enjoyed a good start to the new campaign under their new manager Antonio Conte. Diego Costa cored late goals in the first two matches, which helped them win the fixtures. However, things were different in the last fixture.

The west London club registered a 3-0 comfortable victory over Burnley. It was Eden Hazard, who was the star player for Chelsea as he opened the scoring. Attackers Willian and Victor Moses got their names on the team sheets.

Conte has seen his side win the first three matches so far. He will be looking to maintain Chelsea's 100% win record when his side take on Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.
