Next week will mark the four year anniversary of the launch of Microsoft's Windows phone. Four years on it hasn't made much of an impact, where Apple's iPhone and Google's Android operating system dominate. So is now the right time for Microsoft to turn to Android, to make a bigger mark in the smartphone market.
