A teen girl poured acid on her boyfriend's penis in a fit of anger when the latter uploaded their sex videos on the internet.

Humphrey Khoza, a 25-year-old South African lost his manhood after his 17-year-old girlfriend attacked him with battery acids, while he was hanging out with friends in Cork village near Hazyview, Mpumalanga.

The girl, whose name was not disclosed by the police, has said that she was only taking revenge on Khoza for sharing her explicit video online.

She also claims that her boyfriend recorded their intimate moments on his computer without her knowledge and uploaded the video on the internet.

One of the teen girl's classmates saw the video and alerted her which prompted her to attack Khoza in order to 'teach him a lesson' though she claims she 'never intended to kill his manhood'.

"I was just angry and all I wanted was to make him feel the pain I was feeling. I had to do something to show him that I was angry and wanted to hurt him so that he can see that he messed with the wrong girl," the girl told Times Live.

Her former lover, who is still recuperating from the bad burns, has said he won't press any charges against his ex.

"Everything happened in a blink of an eye because I saw her when she was coming with a bottle but I didn't realise that she was carrying acid," Khoza told African Eye News Service.

The boyfriend claims that their sex was consensual. "We agreed to have sex, but she was not aware that I was filming the sex using my laptop computer. I did not intend to show anyone the video and I still don't know how it got onto social media," he told the news service.

"Even if I press charges it is useless because it won't bring back my manhood. Her being in jail will just ruin her future because she is still young and I do not have the energy to attend courts," he added.
