Teen Mom OG episode 5: Farrah Abraham returns with more drama and tears on the MTV show

Farrah Abraham will make her much awaited return to Teen Mom OG in the upcoming episode that airs this Monday, 20 April.

Episode 5 is titled Surprise Surprise, and the official synopsis reads as follows:

Cate and Tyler meet with Brandon and Teresa; Maci tells Ryan and his family that she's having a baby with Taylor; Amber confronts Gary about his flirting; and Farrah is hurt that she wasn't included in the season at its start.

MTV released a clip of Farrah's return on the show, which most likely will not happen smoothly.

In the clip, the show's producer Heather Walsh is seen asking Farrah to discuss her re-entry on the show, but she gets all defensive and claims that she does not want to talk about it.

"It feels like I was dropped a year ago," she says and adds, "Then apparently I'm not so crazy, and it's okay that I'm back on TV. I'm just over being judged, and I guess I don't want to talk about that."

The producer says, "Then you know what? You produce this. What do you want me to do?"

"No," says Farrah. "I don't get paid to produce."

The situation only escalates when Farrah's mother Debra Danielson, her ex-stepfather Michael and her adorable daughter Sophia come into the scene.

The promo shows little Sophia asking her, "Mama, why are you being so angry today?"

As Farrah becomes increasingly agitated that her parents are being "fake" on-camera, Heather brings in fellow producer Larry in the hopes that he can help.

But instead, Farrah gets even more upset and starts crying, saying that she's "not going to talk anymore" about how she was originally not brought back on the show as she has already resolved those issues in counseling.

The 23-year-old star in an interview at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, dished that she is more than thrilled to be back. "This is Teen Mom OG, and it has a different editing. You can see the [fourth wall], and we've definitely shown more intricacies with the cast, so it's not just our storylines, and everyone is kind of integrating together, and I think that that's way special," she shares.

A lot of drama awaits the Teen Mom stars in the upcoming episodes.
