Long term lovers Gabrielle Union, 41, and Dwayne Wade, 32, are officially husband and wife.

The couple exchanged vows in a stunning $5m (£3m, £3.8m) ceremony in Miami over the weekend, however the private couple have managed to keep most of their wedding details top secret,

Location

The couple tied the knot at the extravagant Chateau Artisan in Miami Beach. The castle style property is 19,000 square feet of glorious luxury, with eight bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths and spectacular views of the surrounding moat at every window.

Dress Code

According to E! News, the bride looked stunning in an elegant Dennis Basson ballgown which featured a sweetheart neckline. Wade looked handsome in a customized Dsquared2 suit and the couple requested that all guests wear formal white.

Guests

The wedding featured 200 guests, including Wades' former teammates LeBron James, and Miami Heat Championship players Shane Battier, Ray Allen and Chris Bosh. Carmelo Anthony from the New York Knicks and his wife Lala also attended. Other famous guests included comedian Kevin Hart and Kim Kardashian's best pal, Jonathan Cheban.

Transportation

A fleet of luxury cars, including white Rolls-Royce phantoms, were seen arriving at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and transporting the guests to the Chateau Artisan.

Rehearsal Dinner

The famous couple enjoyed a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding with all their close friends and family in attendance at the Prime 112 Restaurant. Leaving the eatery around 1am the bride to be looked stunning in a black crop top and trouser ensemble.

Entertainment

John Legend serenaded the couple by performing a few songs during the reception, which according to reports was "super romantic". The ceremony had an upscale 1930s theme and looked luxurious with white drapes, lillies and gold decor.

Planning

Many of the details for the big day were decided by the groom, Union revealed on Ellen DeGeneres' show earlier this year. "Secretly this is his princess moment", she joked of her love's wedding planning joy. "He has waited for this for a long time. He's been hoarding bridal magazines. He's very ready… Every aspect -- aspects I didn't even know went into wedding planning -- he is on it."

Second time lucky

The couple were both saying their vows for the second time. Union was previously married to NFL player Chris Howard from 2001 to 2006, and Wade was married to high school girlfriend Siohvaughn Funches from 2001 to 2010.

Privacy

The couple made all guests and caterers sign a confidentiality agreement to keep the details of their nuptials top-secret. The contract stated that any violators would have to pay a hefty cash fine and the couple also banned phones and cameras at the party.

Social Media

While guests weren't allowed to take pictures inside the venue, they couldn't resist taking a few snaps before arriving and sharing them on social media after the event.

LaLa Anthony, the wife of New York Nicks star Carmelo Anthony, posted a picture with her husband outside the venue alongside the caption:
