As celebrity star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West prepare for their lavish wedding in Florence on Saturday, here are some eye-popping facts about their nuptials.
- The rehearsal dinner costs £1,500 per head, with a bottle of champagne priced at £4,000.
- The wedding venue at 16<sup>th-century Fort Belvedere in Florence, Italy is rumoured to be costing in the region of £250,000.
- The wedding dress by Sarah Burton (who designed Kate Middleton's gown), has a price tag of £1.6 million
- Kardashian and West wanted to wed at Versailles Palace but were refused permission because they were not distinguished enough. However, the palace did authorise a private visit for Kardashian, West and their guests
- 100 white doves will be released on the "I Dos", while a David Blaine illusion will make the newlyweds "disappear" from the dance floor

Other guests include Lindsay May Palevsky, the daughter-in-law of multi-millionaire LA philanthropist Max Palevsky, who died in 2010. Also set to attend are Aaron Michaelson, one of the owners of the Chicago White Sox, Tracey Mills, a designer at Kanye's fashion label and Jerry Lorenzo, who designs Kanye's favourite brand Fear Of God
