Tennessee: Amber Alert for 16-year-old Harlea Webster abducted at gunpoint
Police in Tennessee issued an Amber Alert after a 16-year-old girl was abducted at gunpoint. Harlea Webster was taken during a robbery outside an apartment in Knoxville at around 2am local time.
The suspect, believed to be around 35-years-old, entered the apartment armed with a gun and demanded money off the teenager and a male she was with. The suspect forced Harlea to exit the apartment by grabbing her by the arm and threatening her with the gun. The suspect and teen were last seen on foot leaving the apartment complex.
Harlea is described as a white female with blue eyes and black hair. She is about 5 foot 4 tall, weighs approximately 100 pounds, and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a red shirt.
The suspect is described as a black male with long dreadlocks, about 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 230 pounds, and was last seen wearing black pants and a black hoodie sweat shirt. He is described as "armed and dangerous" in the alert.
Update: Harlea has now been found safe and well.
