'Is this fake or real': Fans confused over Miley Cyrus' picture with Barack Obama
The pop star posted an edited image in which she is seen walking with the former US president.
Miley Cyrus' latest post on Instagram has left fans confused. On Monday, 31 July, the singer took to the social media site to share an image, in which she can be seen casually walking with former US president Barack Obama.
In the picture, which has already been liked more than a million times, the Malibu singer is wearing a tiny black bikini top and matching track pants. The former US president also looks casual in a pair of black track pants, oversized t-shirt, and a jacket. "I never post pap photos but uh ...... @barackobama," Miley captioned the picture.
"Photoshop at its finest," one fan commented on the image after noticing the watermark in the picture Cyrus shared with her 70 million followers. But not many were as clever as her loyal fans and thought the picture to be a real one by the Wrecking Ball singer.
"U met the president wearing a bikini top !! Sigh, I love her so much," a surprised fan asked. "How did that happen? What were the circumstances?" a curious social media user asked. "Is this fake or real?" another fan asked.
"I swear to god I thought it was real," a fan wrote. "It's an edit, see the watermark," another follower wrote while answering the confusions. Just like her friend and talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres, Cyrus too is notorious for comically editing images for fun, and this image was no exception.
Previously the singer was heartbroken when Donald Trump won the US presidential election. She has openly expressed her fondness for the Obamas, so much so that she said she wanted to see Malia Obama as the future president of the US.
