World number two golfer Tiger Woods is reportedly attempting to reconcile with his ex-wife by offering her a $200m (£125m) prenup deal.

Woods famously split up from Swedish model Elin Nordegren after it was revealed he cheated on her with a string of woman, including models and escorts.

Now, according to the National Enquirer, the golfer has asked to get back together with his estranged former wife, offering her the multi-million dollar wedding contract.

Nordegren, who originally received $110m from Woods in their divorce in 2010, is considering his latest offer - but only if he includes a $350m anti-cheating clause.

The 33-year-old is asking for more than half of Woods' $600m fortune in a bid to prove to her his cheating days are behind him.

A source told the Enquirer: "Tiger didn't even balk at the demand. Even though his accountants think he's crazy, he's ready to sign the pre-nup and set a wedding date.

"The guy has never recovered from being dumped by Nordegren. He's dated lots of models and bimbos, but none of them were more than a one-night stand."

When quizzed about it at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, Woods told reporters: "I am not going to comment on my private life".

The couple have two children together - five year-old daughter Samantha and three-year-old son Charlie. They divorced in 2010 after six years of marriage.
