That's it! Tottenham have won their last ever game at the Lane.

Full-time: Tottenham 2-1 Manchester United

Two minutes of the five added on remaining.

Chance for Rashford right at the death! Carrick lifts a ball over the top with three Tottenham players trying to keep pace with the United forward. He gets to the ball first but gets his shot all wrong, scooping it high and wide.

Spurs are back on top with minutes remaining. United do know they are still a goal behind, right?

Off the line by Jones! Alli pings one on goal but the United centre-half gets himself back to head it away with De Gea beaten.

Just over five minutes remain at White Hart Lane.

Trippier isn't able to continue after that knock; Kyle Walker comes on for him.

There's a break in play so Trippier can get some treatment, also allowing Mourinho to make his final change. Enter Marcus Rashford; he's on for Juan Mata.

There might be life left in United yet.

Martial embarks on another tricky run down the left and this time is hauled down by Wanyama, who gets a booking for his trouble.

Game on? Martial does brilliantly down the left, ghosting past Trippier like he wasn't there before pinging an inviting ball into the box. Wayne Rooney gets there ahead of Vertonghen and hammers past Lloris from close range.

Goal! Tottenham 2-1 Manchester United (Wayne Rooney, 70)

Close from Martial! The Frenchman cuts inside Trippier and bends a wicked effort towards the top corner with Lloris leaping over the try and reach it. He doesn't make it, but luckily for him the shot doesn't have quite enough bend on it to take it inside the post.

Jose is making changes, Ander Herrera and Henrikh Mkhitaryan come on for Tuanzebe and Lingard.

Woeful from Lingard. In what is probably United's best move of the match, Bailly is freed down the right, looking inside for Martial who threads a neat ball into Lingard on the edge of the box. His shooting technique is terrible and sends his shot five or six yards wide of Lloris' post.

Kane's brilliant finish has doubled Tottenham's lead and there looks like there could be more to come.

Close from Kane! Tottenham lurch forward on the counter attack through Kane, who easily skips inside Jones before pinging one towards the far corner. He can't quite bend it inside the post, however, and de Gea watches it veer wide.

Brilliant from Harry Kane! Eriksen pings a corner kick in towards Kane who produces a brilliantly improvised finish, clipping the ball into the far corner with De Gea rooted to the spot. While it was a superb finish, it was dreadful defending from United's perspective; not a single player attacked the ball as it came in with Chris Smalling's marking on Kane all over the place.

Goal! Tottenham 2-0 Manchester United (Harry Kane, 48)

A dodgy kick out from Lloris invites Blind to come forward down the left, winning a corner for his side. Dier is on the end of it, however, outjumping Rooney to clear.

And we are back underway for the second half.

Half-time: Tottenham 1-0 Manchester United

Rooney pushes over a Tottenham player, conceding a free kick. You don't need to be a lip reader to work out what he said to referee Jonathan Moss; it rhymed with 'duck off'.

Martial is freed down the middle and tries to burst past Vertonghen, but the Belgian keeps pace with him, easing him off the ball as they break inside the box.

Five minutes to go until half-time. United aren't getting a sniff at the minute.

Wayne Rooney is shown the first yellow card of the game after chopping down Eriksen. If he is sent off today, that could be the last we see of him a United shirt.

The chant of 'There's only one Aaron Lennon' rings out around White Hart Lane. Good stuff.

It's Spurs vs David de Gea at the minute. Alli easily bursts past Blind down the inside right channel and hammers a vicious effort on goal, which the Spaniard just about claws out from the top corner.

Oh Phil. Jones is caught the wrong side of Kane and slips as he tries to keep up with the Spurs striker, who wins a corner. Carrick clears the initial corner but it comes back in quickly from Eriksen, who finds Kane unmarked in the box. Him and De Gea both go for the ball and the former gets there first, but nuts it over the bar.

Son walks right through the middle of United, aided by a lucky bounce of Bailly and is left one-on-one with De Gea! The South Korean takes aim but hammers his effort straight at the United goalkeeper, who bats the effort away. Eriksen is onto the rebound but he fires wide of the far post.

Martial inches away from levelling the contest! Rooney threads a fine pass down the inside left channel for the Frenchman to run onto. He eases Alderweireld off the ball and tries to bend one into the far corner past Lloris, but can't quite get it inside the post.

It's been easy for Tottenham so far. This probably won't be the only goal of the afternoon.

Victor Wanyama

Bailly, who has started down the right with Tuanzebe inside, gets the better of Davies down the flank and swings an inviting ball into the box that Alderweireld has to force out for a corner. Blind swings it in, but Rooney nuts it clean over the bar.

United haven't touched the ball in about three minutes. This could get messy for them.

Tottenham take the lead! Christian Eriksen feeds a short corner out to Ben Davies who swings in a peach of a cross. Wayne Rooney is marking Victor Wanyama, but the United captain lets his man slip away from him at the crucial moment, allowing the Spurs midfielder to loop a fine header over de Gea and into the back of the net.

Goal! Tottenham 1-0 Manchester United (Victor Wanyama, 6)

As you would expect, White Hart Lane is bouncing this afternoon. Not much to note on the pitch yet, however, with both sides still feeling each other out.

And we are off and underway at White Hart Lane.

We are almost ready to get under way for the final time at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham line up pretty much as you expect; Kieran Trippier continues at right back in place of Kyle Walker with Dele Alli supporting Harry Kane up front. Eric Dier and Victor Wanyama anchor the midfield.

Jose Mourinho makes eight changes in total this afternoon. David de Gea, Axel Tuanzebe, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Michael Carrick, Wayne Rooney, Juan Mata and Anthony Martial all coming in. After Thursday's win over Celta Vigo, Marcus Rashford, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Ander Herrera are among those to make way.

Demetri Mitchell makes the Manchester United bench this afternoon. The 20-year-old was originally a forward in United's youth ranks, dropping back to left-wing before being utilised as a wing-back under Warren Joyce earlier this season. He has since thrived in the new role.

Three at the back for United? Eric Bailly, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones all start with Daley Blind deployed at left-back, it would seem. Including Axel Tuanzebe, that's four centre-halves on the pitch for Jose Mourinho's side.

Team news: Tottenham

Spurs are also without the young trio of Kyle Walker-Peters, Josh Onomah and United States centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers, who will miss the remaining three games as the youngsters having been called by their respective national teams for the Under-20 World Cup in South Korea.

15 players. That's what Jose Mourinho has at his disposal this afternoon. You would assume he would like to make wholesale changes, but a laundry list of injuries might now allow for it.

"I approach these games the same. I have to give some minutes to everyone because we only have 15 players. We don't have more. We only have 15 so I have to play them but I have to play them in a mixed way and by periods.

"I don't have another solution. In the Premier League, we can only finish fifth or sixth. I don't think we can finish seventh or we can finish fourth so it's fifth or sixth and we can win a trophy. By winning that trophy, we can play in the Champions League next season so that's the game but, obviously, like we did against Arsenal, we didn't throw the match away.

"We played and we tried to win. We gave a difficult match to our opponents and had chances to get a different result. It's what we are going to do. We are not going say matches are not important – they are important. But we have one that is more important than others. The match on Sunday is important for us too."

Team news: Manchester United

Axel Tuanzebe is expected to come back into the starting XI. The 19-year-old was United's man of the match against Arsenal, excelling at right-back despite usually plying his trade at centre-half. Juan Mata, who returned from injury in that defeat to the Gunners, is also in line to start.

Danny Rose was back among his teammates this week but he is not expected to feature this afternoon. A statement from Spurs this week read:

"Danny continues to be monitored, having returned to full training with the First Team squad earlier this week, but is not yet match fit."

It will be an emotional one at the Lane today; after 118 years it will close its doors for the final time this evening. Tottenham's Premier League dream might be over, but expect some party this afternoon.

Team news: Manchester United

While a top four finish is still technically possible for United, the feeling is they have already blown that opportunity. And with the Europa League final looming large, you could forgive Jose Mourinho for fielding an Under-23 side for the rest of the season.

Thursday's gruelling duel with Celta Vigo would suggest there will be plenty of changes this afternoon. United are already without Paul Pogba however, who is on compassionate leave following the death of his father on Friday. Marouane Fellaini meanwhile is still banned, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ashley Young, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw and Timothy Fosu-Mensah all remain sidelined.

Team news: Tottenham

Mauricio Pochettino has no fresh injury concerns this afternoon. It had been reported that Danny Rose, sidelined with a knee injury since the end of January, could return today, having reappeared in training this week. The England international was ruled out by his manager on Friday, however.

White Hart Lane hosts its final ever game this afternoon. Next season Tottenham Hotspur will be put up at Wembley, 14 miles up the road. For the second season running, Manchester United are the last away team to play at one of London's famous old grounds; last season they were rocked by a electric Upton Park crowd as they fell to a 3-2 defeat to West Ham. Today's atmosphere in north London will be just as good. Can they cope?

Stick around, all your team news is coming up shortly.
