The Argentine manager will have an almost complete squad to choose from, apart from long-term absentee Kyle Walker and suspended defender Federico Fazio.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United also come into this game with confidence as they finally picked up their first win of the season last weekend against new boys Leicester City. However, they are still in 18th place and manager Alan Pardew will want his players to carry on and add to the win against the Foxes in order to climb higher in the table.
Pardew does have a few injury worries ahead of this game, but there are players who could be available following a late test. The manager will hope that his players can replicate last season's result and pull off another victory over the top four hopefuls.
Stat of the Match: None of the last 17 league meetings between these sides at White Hart Lane have ended as a draw.
What Managers Say
Younes Kaboul [Tottenham Captain]: "You have to take all the games at 100% and you always need to have a winning mentality. Newcastle are coming here having just got their heads above water with an important win last weekend and now they will feel confident ahead of facing us, but we have to win and take the three points."
Alan Pardew: "We went to Spurs last season and put in a fantastic performance and we will go back there with good memories. We go to Spurs and have to be disciplined and offer a threat, it is about trying to attack the game and get a win. I can feel a little bit more confidence in and around the camp but we have to improve results, full stop, going forward."
