The Guardian reports that Arsenal has agreed a fee with Manchester City for Samir Nasri.

Samir Nasri is said to be on the brink of a move to Manchester City after the newspaper claims that Arsene Wenger has agreed to sell the France midfielder to Manchester City. Arsenal has confirmed they have agreed terms for the midfielder and have given permission for the player to complete his move to the Premier League leaders.

Samir Nasri's move will no doubt put more pressure on Arsene Wenger to add new signings.

BBC Sport understands that Eden Hazard is now a target for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.

Arsenal have been linked with the Belgian international for the whole summer and BBC Sport understands that Wenger is now readying a £26m bid for the player who won the Ligue 1 player of the season last term.

The 20 year old who has scored 20 goals in 123 games for Lille is said to be happy in France and the club's general manager Frederic Paquet says that the player will be staying at Lille this summer.

"Eden will not be leaving this season. We are aware of interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe but we are not prepared to sell," Lille general manager Frederic Paquet told BBC Sport

Reports in England claim that Arsene Wenger is readying a £35m bid for Manchester United target Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Arsenal are said to be readying a bid for the talented German as the club look to replace both Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri. Wenger is said to be a keen admirer of the midfield general and was highly impressed with the player's performances in last year's World Cup finals. Reports claim that Wenger is ready to offer Bayern Munich £35m plus future incentives to tempt Bayern Munich to sell.

TalkSport has suggested that Arsenal is trying to offload Sebastian Squillaci but are struggling to find a buyer for the shaky defender.

The centre back has struggled to adapt to life in the English Premier League and is said to have lost the confidence in the player but as of yet no club has declared an interest in the player.
