'Low energy. Sad!' Twitter hilariously roasts Donald Trump about Tropical Storm Don
The fourth named tropical system is not expected to become a hurricane.
A new tropical storm in the Atlantic Ocean has sparked a number of Donald Trump jokes on Twitter. Tropical Storm Don became the fourth named tropical system of the 2017 Atlantic Hurricane Season but is considered to be "small" and "not particularly well organised".
According to the National Hurricane Center (NHC), Tropical Storm Don is moving towards the west near 17mph with a gradual increase in forward speed. The storm has maximum sustained winds near 45mph with higher gusts.
The NHC issued a tropical storm warning for Grenada and a watch for Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and St Lucia.
Don is expected to impact the Windward Islands this week as a tropical storm. AccuWeather reported that after the system crosses the Lesser Antilles, it is likely to see a quick demise.
Despite the storm's weak outlook, it quickly gained the attention of those on social media, with many associating the storm's name to President Trump.
