Tyrese and Jamie Foxx claim Chris Brown has 'changed' since becoming a father to Royalty
Loyal singer Chris Brown has clearly adjusted well to fatherhood as his friends Jamie Foxx and Furious 7 actor Tyrese have claimed the R&B star is a "changed" man since welcoming his daughter Royalty last year.
During his recent appearance on late night US chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Foxx revealed that it was "mind-blowing" to see his You Changed Me collaborator embrace his new role as a father.
The Annie actor said: "I hope he doesn't mind me saying this, I just saw Chris Brown with his little daughter backstage [and] it was absolutely mind-blowing."
Foxx, 47, went on to brush aside Brown's notorious bad-boy image to shed light on the Ayo singer's kind-hearted nature.
He explained: "People ask me about this situation or why Chris is on my record. I've known Chris since he was 15. Some of the things that people don't get to see [in] Chris, on the inside... like when he comes and dances with my sister, who has Down's Syndrome, for hours at the crib and no one sees that.
"So it's some really blessed things this kid has to offer."
Fine China hitmaker Brown has also received praise from actor Tyrese who wrote a lengthy message on Instagram, claiming the 25-year-old is an inspiration to young fathers.
Tyrese wrote: "Chris my bro! Use this moment – Use this God given stage to give other young kings permission to get more involved with their kids.... Young Fathers who look UP to you will say ( #Breezy is proudly involved with his daughter so what the hell am I doing ).??"
Brown appeared to confirm he is the father of 10-month-old Royalty when he posted a number of photos of the child on Instagram. Alongside one of the snaps, he described Royalty as his "twin".
It is believed the Grammy-winner conceived Royalty with his close friend Nia Guzman while he was still in a relationship with Karrueche Tran last year.
