Uefa Europa League as it happened: Everton 3-1 (7-2) Young Boys, Fiorentina 2-0 (3-1) Tottenham, Liverpool 1-1 Besiktas (4-5 on penalties)
So, an easy night for Everton, horrible for everyone else. Roberto Martinez's side sauntered to a 7-2 aggregate win over Young Boys while Tottenham Hotspur, Celtic and Liverpool were all eliminated from the Europa League.
Dejan Lovren missed the decisive penalty after Besiktas forced penalties while Tottenham and Roberto Soldado floundered in Florence. Celtic can hold their heads high having matched Inter after going down to 10 men in the first half, only to be undone by the goal of the evening from Inter's Fredy Guarin.
The game is meandering to a tame conclusion with Young Boys' travelling support now providing much of the entertainment. Meanwhile in Netherlands, it is predictably kicking off between Feyenoord and Roma again. Captain Francesco Totti took his players off the field after a blow up banana was thrown onto pich in the direction of Gervinho.
Everton have shaken off that dodgy start and are cruising again. Darron Gibson shows some wonderful foot work before pinging a delightful, defence spilling pass through from his own half for Mirallas to chase. The Belgian is one one one with the goalkeeper and makes no mistake. 3-1 on the night, 7-2 on aggregate.
Quick round up of all the final scores so far this evening. Besiktas and Liverpool are the only teams of the early kick offs still playing.
Dinamo Moscow 3-1 Anderlecht (aggregate, 3-1)
Inter 1-0 Celtic (aggregate, 4-3)
Fiorentina 2-0 Tottenham (aggregate, 3-1)
Red Bull Salzburg 1-3 Villarreal (aggregate, 2-5)
Legia Warsaw 0-3 Ajax (aggregate, 0-4)
Borussia Monchengladbach 2-3 Sevilla (aggregate, 2-4)
Dynamo Kiev 3-1 Guingamp (aggregate, 4-3)
Dynamo Kiev 3-1 Guingamp (aggregate, 4-3)
Fredy Guarin has broken Celtic hearts with an outstanding strike. Inter, after a briefly dithering with the ball in front of their own goalkeeper, shift a gear through Hernanes who drives through the middle of the park before laying the ball off to his right for Guarin. Without breaking his stride, the Colombian blasts an perfect strike into the top corner from 25 yards out, leaving Gordon with no chance.
Inter's Guarin is perhaps lucky to get away with just a booking. Celtic have a rare chance to venture forward on the counter and Johansen does very well as he passes the half way line, prodding the ball through the legs of Guarin as he cuts inside. The Colombian however swings an arm across to make the block and appears to catch his opponent in the face with an elbow. That could have easily been a red.
Tottenham are in real trouble. Mario Gomez has no trouble slipping through a ridiculously high line that looked like it was trying to replicate Arsenal's against Monaco last night. The German international is able to advance and comfortably slip the ball under Lloris. La Viola lead 2-1 on aggregate.
Celtic are hanging on a bit, here. Shaqiri's shot first of all causes an almighty scramble in the box before D'Ambrosio drives one on target, only for Gordon to get there again. Moments later Inter threaten to cut in from the right only for a brilliant sliding challenge from Izaguirre to bring the move to an end.
Tottenham really should have taken the lead. Fiorentina are in control with a corner but the away side counter at pace through Lamela, who threads a neat ball through to Soldado. The Spaniard is well placed to shoot, but instead tries to clip the ball over to Chadli, only for goalkeeper Neto to come out and gratefully claim.
Plenty of goals elsewhere in Europe so far. Dinamo Moscow have come from behind to take a 2-1 lead over Anderlecht, Red Bull Salzburg have taken a 1-0 lead over Villarreal, levelling them 2-2 on aggregate while Borussia Monchengladbach and Sevilla are tied at 1-1, with the Spaniard's holding the advantage over two legs.
In Turkey, Liverpool continue to be whistled every time they are on the ball, but it hasn't caused too much upset yet. Liverpool have contained the opposition without threatening too much themselves. Aside from Balotelli's yellow card, it's been a tame game, just what Brendan Rodgers would have fancied.
There are six more games scheduled to kick off in just over 10 minutes time. They are:
Dinamo Moscow v Anderlecht
Zenit St Petersburg v PSV Eindhoven
Borussia Monchengladbach v Sevilla
Dynamo Kiev v Guingamp
Red Bull Salzburg v Villarreal
Legia Warsaw v Ajax
In today's early game, Anderlecht are beating Dynamo Moscow 1-0 thanks to a goal from Aleksander Mitrovic
The top line ahead of Liverpool's showdown with Besiktas is Daniel Sturridge and Mario Balotelli start a game up front for the first time since August this evening.
Emre Can has also been moved into midfield in the absence of Jordan Henderson, ahead of a back three of Kolo Toure, Martin Skrtel and Dejan Lovren. We've seen glimpses of what Can can offer in midfield, but will his presence at the back be missed? Demba Ba leads the Besiktas attack to prove so.

Subs: Ward, Manquillo, Williams, Brannagan, Lallana, Lambert, Borini
Spurs meanwhile have the small matter of their Capital One Cup final meeting with Chelsea on Sunday. Mauricio Pochettino paid the price for resting Harry Kane in last week's 1-1 draw aw White Hart Lane but after admitting the club face 'two cup finals' this week, the in-form striker could return.
Brad Friedel, Younes Kaboul, Etienne Capoue, Cristian Ceballos, DeAndre Yedlin and Emmanuel Adebayor however were all left at home.
Brendan Rodgers will have one eye on Sunday's clash with Manchester City but he is without a number of his first team options this evening.
Both Jordan Henderson and Philippe Coutinho are unavailable, as are defenders Mamadou Sakho and Glen Johnson. They join Steven Gerrard and Lucas Leiva on the sidelines, while winger Lazar Markovic is to serve the third game of his four game ban.
Confirmation of the Liverpool team is expected shortly.
It's an early start in the Europa League tonight as Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Celtic all kick off at 18:00 (GMT) with their hopes of progressing to the last 16 hanging in the balance.
Brendan Rodgers' side enter the caldron of the Atatürk Olympic Stadium with a narrow one goal lead over Besiktas, courtesy of Mario Balotelli's late strike.
Tottenham might still be ruing their missed chances that prevented them from taking an advantage against Fiorentina, while the latest instalment of Celtic's thrilling adventures of Europe produced a pulsating 3-3 in Glasgow against Inter last week. The odds will be stacked against Ronny Deila's side this evening, but usually doesn't matter when the Bhoys are in town.
Everton meanwhile have a far easier evening on their hands. Romelu Lukaku's hat-trick inspired them to a 4-1 win over Young Boys last Thursday. Back at Goodison Park tonight, you feel Roberto Martinez will be in for a relatively stress-free evening.
