Where to watch live
Kick-off is at 8pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available on Premier Sports.
Overview
Uruguay are the defending champions as they won the Copa America in 2011 by defeating Paraguay in the final. Veterans Diego Lugano and Sebastian Abreu are not included in the squad, while Diego Forlan has retired from international football.
In addition to this Luis Suarez is suspended, meaning Paris Saint-Germain star Edinson Cavani will be the main man to lead Uruguay's attacking lineup.
It will be for the first time Jamaica will take part in the Copa America as they and Mexico were the two teams added from Concacaf to the ongoing tournament. They have been in fine form in recent times.
Winfried Schafer's side have won the last five matches and have 10 goals, while conceding only one goal in the process. They will be hoping for another clean sheet when they take on Uruguay in the first fixture on Saturday.
