US Actress Rachel Bilson Pregnant With First Child

Former O.C star Rachel Bilson is reportedly pregnant with her first child.

According to Us Weekly, the 32-year-old actress and her long-term boyfriend, Star Wars star Hayden Christensen, are 'excited' about becoming parents.

"They've both talked about this for a while and are so excited. Everyone is beyond thrilled for them," a source told the magazine.

Friend are said to be over the moon for the soon-to-be parents, who started dating after meeting on the set of their 2007 film Jumper.

"They will make wonderful, hands-on parents," one insider said.

In 2013, Bilson hinted at plans to start a family with her boyfriend of seven years.

"I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future - I hope," she told Cosmopolitan magazine.

She also revealed that her other half had hit the jackpot because she is the kind of girlfriend that always put her relationship first.

"I'm a really good girlfriend -- I always put all that first in my life. I'm definitely the person who would make him his favourite dinner to come home to."

Bilson previously dated her O.C co-star Adam Brody, while Christensen was romantically linked to Natalie Portman and Sienna Miller before his current relationship.
