Vampire Diaries season 7 episode 8 live online: How will Stefan react to Caroline's pregnancy?
Vampire Diaries season 7 is taking a very unique turn by bringing up the most unlikely couple of Caroline Forbes and Alaric. The previous episode of the series revealed that Jo's twins are alive and well and that they are actually the Gemini coven.
The upcoming episode is titled Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me and expectations are high that Caroline will break her pregnancy news to boyfriend Stefan. In the promo released by CW, she has a discussion with Matt and informs him about her magical pregnancy. A surprised Matt wonders how the younger Salvatore brother will take the news.
"Oh, you know, totally supportive. And he just wanted to make sure that I was okay. At least that's how I'm hoping it goes when I tell him today," Caroline says. Unable to accept the reality, she will write a letter to her friend Elena, who is in deep slumber for 60 years under Kai's spell.
"Dear Elena, I'm pregnant," she writes. "Ridiculously long story short, they are Ric and Jo's twin babies, magically transported into my readily available womb by the Gemini coven. I guess I thought writing to you might help me figure out how I'm supposed to feel about the whole thing because on one hand I know how much this means to Alaric. And on the other, I have no idea what it means for me."
The official synopsis of episode 8 reads: As Julian and Lily throw a party to celebrate Mary Louise and Nora's anniversary, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) set in motion a risky plan to eliminate a new threat posed by Julian. Meanwhile, following a major revelation uncovered by Valerie (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore), Caroline (Candice King) is forced to face her new reality, even as it threatens to destroy her relationship with Stefan. Finally, determined to do what's best for her family, Lily makes the most difficult decision of her life.
