Video of Ashley Graham working out in just her lingerie sparks fan frenzy: 'So beautifully powerful'
She has shared the clip on Instagram.
Ashley Graham is not just a plus-size model. She is also a body-activist who is an inspiration to her fans as she encourages them to stay healthy and embrace their own body types.
On 2 December, the 30-year-old took to social media to share a black and white video to preach a healthy lifestyle. But in doing so, body-confident Graham sent temperatures soaring as she took to the streets to work out in just her lingerie.
The clip, which has been shared on Instagram, shows Graham biting her teeth down and clapping her powdered hands before sprinting forward and dragging the weight attached to a sledge behind her. Before raising her arms in the air and flexing her muscles, she is seen striking a sultry pose and touching her luscious long locks.
At the end of the short clip is a message that reads, "Shooting the advent calendar is a true expression of self love...WE ARE POWERFUL, WE ARE RESILENT, AND WE RUN THE WORLD. ASHLEY GRAHAM."
The caption reads, "theashleygraham#StayStrong @thelovemagazine #loveadvent Day 2 @kegrand @bitton."
Unsurprisingly, Graham's post on the photo-and-video-sharing application has sparked a fan frenzy, with many taking to the comments section to praise her for inspiring her fans to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not to shy away from flaunting their plus-size figures.
A fan commented, "Omg...thank you. Thank you SO MUCH for blazing that trail girl ✊", while another added, "❤️❤️❤️you're so beautiful you help me be confident in myself more and more every day."
Someone else said, "You are so beautifully powerful. I love youuuuu", while another admirer added, "Omg WTf was that she is beautiful and she looking hot."
Speaking about what motivates her to work out, Graham in a 2015 interview with Style Caster said, "Knowing I have a swimsuit or lingerie shoot coming up". She also revealed her signature healthy dish, saying it is, "Kale paste pasta sauce with gluten-free pasta".
