Video: Skydivers narrowly miss plane's propellers during freefall
A video has been released which shows the terrifying moment two skydivers are nearly caught-up in a deadly collision with their own plane.
Skydiving instructor Forest Pullman posted to YouTube a jump he made with a tourist in Pattaya, Thailand on 19 October 2014.
In the incredible footage, Mr Pullman and his female passenger can be seen jumping out of their plane, only for the vehicle to suddenly nosedive and pass right underneath them.
Mr Pullman goes on to explain the near-death collision in the video. "Yes that's my drogue and bridle over the wing. Our bodies just missing the prop, wing and tail."
"After an uneventful exit.... The pilot dove the airplane 180 degrees right at me and my tandem passenger. how we got so lucky?!?! Not sure."
"I have never heard of this happening. After some research and talking to friends about it I now know of two other incidents like this. One is on YouTube and he did not get as lucky as we did...."
