Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is riding high on the success of recent blockbusters like "Dirty Picture" and "Kahaani".

The actress is now being referred to as the new Aamir Khan of the industry... because of her perfectionist tendencies, choice of roles and involvement and commitment during the pre and post-production phases. She already has quite a reputation of delivering strong performances and role - "Paa" and "No One Killed Jessica" come to mind.

More recently, she was awarded the National Award for her role in "Dirty Picture".
