Watch Grey's Anatomy season 12 episode 17 live online: Wilmer Valderrama finally makes his appearance

There have been a number of guest appearances on Grey's Anatomy over the past season but this is one guy we've been waiting for, simply to find out what kind of role he will play in the medical drama.

Enter Wilmer Valderama! We found out a while back that the actor would be brought in to play a character called Kyle Diaz in a multi-episode arc and now the trailer for episode 17 titled I Wear the Face shows him awaiting treatment for multiple sclerosis at the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. And he's brought his charm and guitar along as well. We think he ends up with at least one date by the end of the episode.

The promo doesn't shed light on Meredith Grey's personal issues, so we're not sure if Dr Major Will has made any progress in respect to their relationship. But things are heating up between Owen Hunt and Nathan Riggs and the two doctors seem to be constantly locking horns or more like Owen keeps charging at Nathan.

In the 61-second sneak peek, we find out that Owen is still upset about breaking up with Amelia and he gets even more angry with Riggs taking her out for a drink a few months back, not realising that she is an alcoholic. Luckily, Meredith is there to put both the men in place before things get ugly.

Grey's Anatomy season 12 episode 17 will air on 7 April at 8/7c on ABC.
