Watch Mr Robot season 2 episode 3 live online: Can Elliot regain control of his mind?

Elliot Anderson's grip on reality will get further complicated in the upcoming episode of Mr Robot season 2. Episode 3 titled eps2.1k3rnel-pan1c.ksd will air this Wednesday, 20 July at 10pm EST on USA Network.

According to the synopsis for the third episode, "Elliot is determined to beat Mr Robot, but the task proves difficult; Angela gets a view behind the scenes at Evil Corp."

Eliot, who is seen struggling to regain control of his mind from Mr Robot, will face an uphill battle in episode 3. The younger hacker is also trying to fill in the gaps in his memories, as he asks Mr Robot in the promo, "That night! I want to know what happened... tell me what happened." The video also shows Elliot being kidnapped by a group of people.

The chapter will also focus on Angela Moss, who was seen happy with her position at E Corp in the 13 July premiere episode.

Portia Doubleday, who plays Angela, spoke to W Magazine about her character's intentions. According to the actress, "She [Angela] is still trying to acclimate to this environment that's incredibly dangerous and intimidating. She's trying to control her own mind. A huge theme for her this season is suppressing her emotions, being able to think in a more robotic way."

Doubleday teased a shocking endgame for Angela and said, "But people will be shocked by what happens to her this season; no one will be able to believe it. And think about it: If you were in her position, would you want to work at the company that killed your mother? A lot of people say no, but others would say, 'If you want to actually make a difference, do it from within the system'. But then what happens when you find yourself in that environment, and you get seduced by it?"
