Scandal season 5
Season 5 of ABC's political thriller by Shonda Rhimes is expected to feature lots of steamy moments between Olivia and Fitz ABC

Olivia Pope and Fitzgerald "Fitz" Thomas Grant are all set to scorch television screens when Scandal season 5 premieres. The high profile couple will share plenty of steamy moments together.

As shown in the trailer, Fitz will slap a divorce notice on Mellie after he learns about her collaboration with Rowan Pope. Mellie helped Papa Pope and Huck in leaking the names of the grand jury, who were investigating the covert government agency, B613.

In the finale, Quinn learns about Huck's involvement in the jury's massacre and threatens to shoot him. The premiere episode titled Heavy Is The Head will reveal the fate of the former member of B613. In season four, Liv is forced to leak the names of the grand jurors but she is kept in the dark about their horrific death by her own henchman who later worked for her terrorist father.

While many would think that this may create differences between Olitz, the promo seems to suggest otherwise, and so does the official synopsis of the political drama which reads: "Olivia and Fitz are back together again and enjoying every scandalous moment together while Cyrus, Mellie, and Huck are all still dealing with the aftermath of helping Command. Meanwhile, when a visit from the Queen of Caldonia and her family turns into a tragedy, Olivia is hired to make sure the Royal family's private life stays private."

Liv will handle her first royal security case when the show returns. She and her team of Gladiators are assigned to take care of the royal family's security.
