A video has been released showing Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston engaging in an impromptu dance-off at the after-party of the 2016 Met Gala in New York.

The footage shows the Bad Blood singer and British actor pair up to pull up some impressive dance moves during at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on 2 May, with the two first shaking their stuff to TI's Bring Em Out, before boogieing to Beyonce's Crazy in Love.

The clips have now gone viral since being posted to Instagram by Valentino PR Carlos Souza, with the videos being liked over 1,000 times on the social media site.

Swift had already made heads turn at the Met Gala red carpet with her custom Louis Vuitton silver snake-skin dress, all in sync with the theme of the year Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology.
