The main card of the event was a fatal 4-way match to crown the new Universal champion, while another featured match saw Bayley and the New Day fight Dana Brooke, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.

Fatal 4-Way Match for The WWE Universal Championship
Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Big Cass fought for the Universal Championship after Fin Balor vacated the title due to a shoulder injury. Big Cass was eliminated first after Owens carried out a frog splash. Next to be eliminated was Reigns as Triple H Pedigreed him and helped Rollins pin him. However, Triple was not done as he then Pedigreed Rollins and allowed Owens to get the pin. Owens has become the second Universal Champion.
Chris Jericho vs Neville
Chris Jericho defeated Neville as he countered a hurricanrana into the LionTamer version of the Walls of Jericho for the pin.
Nia Jax vs Hyan
Nia Jax defeated Hyan after he carried out the Samoan driver for the pin.
Sami Zayn vs Jinder Mahal
Zayn got the win after the Helluva Kick.
Bayley and the New Day vs Dana Brooke, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows
Bayley and the New Day defeated Dana Brooke, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows after Bayley carried out the Bayley-to-Belly on Dana.
Best of Seven Series: Sheamus vs Cesaro
Sheamus backdropped Cesaro hard into the apron and the ringpost and then applied the Cloverleaf for the submission victory to go up 2-0 in the series.
Braun Strowman vs Americo
Braun Strowman defeated Americo with a pop-up reverse chokeslam.
Darren Young vs Titus O'Neil
Darren Young defeated Titus O'Neil via pinfall. However, after the match, O'Neil beat down Young and Bob Backlund.
