Is Zayn Malik copying girlfriend Gigi Hadid's ex Joe Jonas' style? Joe opens up ahead of Gigi's birthday

Right ahead of supermodel Gigi Hadid's 21<sup>st birthday on Saturday, her former boyfriend Joe Jonas breaks his silence on his ex and her relationship with musician Zayn Malik. While G.I. Joe is a thing of the past, Jonas' confessions still touch emotional chords as he opens up during an interview to the Daily Mirror on 22 April.

"I think it's interesting that [Gigi] moved on so quickly, I mean it was definitely very quick," Joe revealed to the Daily Mirror.

The fact that Gigi moving on with Malik didn't go down well with Jonas was clear since the 26-year old Just In Love singer seemed a bit sore from his break-up with Gigi, who celebrated her birthday on Saturday, 24 April. Joe and Gigi dated back in 2015 for five months, and after their split in November, Jonas' supermodel girlfriend quickly moved on with the former One Direction member Zayn Malik. What probably made Jonas break his dignified silence and take a dig at his ex could be that Gigi started romancing Malik just two weeks after their break-up.

Looking at the brighter side though, Jonas felt funny that the two (Jonas and Malik) were constantly being compared on their similarities in choice of career, music, and even their sense of style. "It's comical that I'm compared to him. That dude and I have been compared for years, I think it's just funny. To be honest, I haven't really listened to his music, but he can sing well," Joe added poking fun at the comparisons.

Well, the two singers might not be absolutely alike, but that time when the 23-year-old Pillowtalk hitmaker posted a glaring pink-headed selfie on Facebook, he totally reminded fans of Joe Jonas' pink locks that he rocked way back in early 2015.
