'Ageless beauty' Cindy Crawford is 'blowing hawt' in Marilyn Monroe makeover

Never the one to shy away from experimenting with her look, Cindy Crawford left her fans awestruck by revealing her makeover for a photoshoot on social media on Wednesday (23 August).

The original supermodel emulated the legendary actress Marilyn Monroe for the photoshoot.

The 51-year-old, who has been mesmerising fans with her evolving style through the years, took to social media to share a short clip and a photo that show her in a platinum wig and white robe.

One of the photos shows the mother of two sitting in a chair with her eyes closed while her makeup assistants carry out the finishing touches.

"Going platinum. #BTS with the glam squad...," she wrote alongside the photo she shared with her fans on Instagram.

After her makeup assistants were done with the finishing touches, Crawford shared a video which shows her flaunting her new hairstyle with a smile while seated on a chair.

"Cindy who?" she wrote alongside the short clip.

Crawford has been complimented by her fans, with many praising her for being an "ageless beauty".

"Are ya kidding me? I bet you have a time machine," a fan commented, while another added, "Blowing hawt."

'Marilyn had nothing on you you're gorgeous," a third fan said.

A fan added," You look beautiful..like always."

However, there were some fans who were not pleased with Crawford's new look. "Don't like this color on you," a fan said while somebody else posted, "Now u look stupid."

She later shared a snap from inside her home on the photo-and-video sharing application. She is seen talking on the phone and staring at a computer in front of her while lounging in her comfy chair.

"Love working from home! Phone interviews all afternoon...," she wrote in the caption.
