Billboard Music Awards 2015: Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Chrissy Teigen dare to bare in plunging necklines
It was a battle of the plunging necklines at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey and Iggy Azalea among those opting for the risque trend.
Bad Blood singer and woman-of-the-night Swift managed to blend sexy with elegance, partially covering up in a Balmain-designed white jumpsuit, which was given an added edge with cut-outs around her cleavage.
Similar to her Met Gala 2015 look, 45-year-old J.Lo donned a sheer nude jumpsuit with white embellishment strategically placed to protect her modesty. The figure-hugging gown was designed by Charbel Zoe and boasted a small train.
Appearing to have recovered from the recent bout of bronchitis that plagued her Las Vegas residency, diva Carey gave photographers more than an eyeful on the red carpet, exposing her assets in an attention-grabbing black dress designed by Tom Ford.
John Legend's wife Chrissy Teigen, who co-hosted the BBMAs alongside rapper Ludacris, stood out from the red carpet competition dressed in a monochrome and gold striped jumpsuit, complete with an accentuated neckline.
Model Kendall Jenner followed the all important 'less is more' fashion motto by covering up in thigh-high boots, black leggings and an over-sized cardigan which flashed her chest with a plunging neckline courtesy of her favourite designer, Balmain.
It was not only her cleavage that Rita Ora bared as the British singer risked a red carpet wardrobe malfunction when her Fausto Puglisi dress almost blew up to reveal that she was going commando.
The I Will Never Let You Down songstress admitted that she was not wearing any underwear despite the gown boasting extremely high side splits.
The 24-year-old told E!'s Giuliana Rancic: "I just thought I'd go a little bit naked. There isn't really any [undergarment situation]. I didn't really think that far ahead.
"I'm just going to have to pray to the Lord that we're going to be okay. No [I'm not joking]. There's nothing going on there. I'm going to keep my legs crossed. You need to take risks."
