Billboard Music Awards 2015: Chris Brown shows off daughter Royalty on the red carpet
Proud father Chris Brown brought the cutest date with him to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with his baby daughter Royalty lighting up the red carpet.
The Loyal singer arrived at the awards ceremony, hosted in Las Vegas, cradling his 11-month-old daughter in his arms and waving to photographers.
Onlookers cooed at the youngster who was dressed in a beige tutu, white denim jacket and Timberland boots.
It was the first time the 26-year-old has brought Royalty to a public event after spending weeks sharing photos of her on Instagram.
Although, the R&B singer did have to tear himself away from his leading lady to join rapper Pitbull for a high-energy performance of their single Fun.
In March, news broke that Brown had become a father to Royalty after a brief relationship with his close friend Nia Guzman. Although he did not publicly confirm the news, it is clear the singer has fully embraced fatherhood.
Royalty often joins him backstage at his tour shows and reports recently claimed that he was trying to move the youngster from Texas to Los Angeles so he could spend more time with her.
His five-year relationship with model Karrueche Tran ended shortly after the baby news was revealed and a source alleges that she recently saw Royalty for the first time.
An insider told Hollywood Life that a video call was orchestrated by Brown's mother, Joyce Hawkins, so that Tran could see the little girl.
The source allegedly said: "Joyce did something that Chris doesn't even know. At that moment, she told Karrueche she'd call her right back and she did, but for this time, she FaceTimed her. Kae had answered it and it was Joyce and Royalty on the other end! Joyce wanted Kae to see Royalty's beauty for herself."
Deuces hitmaker Brown may have stolen the show on the BBMAs red carpet but he lost out on winning one of the three nominations he had earned for top R&B artist, best R&B album for X and top R&B song for Loyal.
