Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos have urged Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid to postpone their battle for his services until the World Cup ends, reports in Spain claim.

The German international has only one year left on his contract at the Allianz Arena and after rejecting an offer to commit his future to Bayern he has become in one of the bargains of the summer transfer market.

The midfielder wants to become one of the clubs' top earners alongside the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger and Franck Ribery and with Bayern rejecting his demands he has now to decide whether to stay one more year at the Bundesliga and secure a free transfer next year or moving this summer.

Recent reports claimed Kroos' agent have met with Real Madrid official a number of times during last season regarding a summer move to the Santiago Bernabeu while both Chelsea and Manchester United are also monitoring closely the situation.

Nevertheless, AS claims the German international has told the Spanish club and other potential suitors he will not make any decisions over his future until after the World Cup.

According to AS, Carlo Ancelotti has earmarked the signing of a midfielder as his main priority and even though he is also considering Chelsea star Ramirez and Juventus's Arturo Vidal, Kroos is on the top of his shopping list – as he could be available for just £15m.

Nevertheless, AS believes Real Madrid will have big competition from his services as while Chelsea are keen on offering him €8.5 a year Los Blancos will no go further the €6m.

Furthermore reports claim Manchester United are also monitoring the situation even though Kevin Strootman remains as van Gaals' favourite for the role.

Meanwhile, Marca claims the player is likely to move to the Santiago Bernabeu but Bayern Munich are unwilling to negotiate a deal – and are even considering keeping him until his contract expires next summer.
