Coldplay Frontman 'Quietly Dating' Oscar Winning Actress Jennifer Lawrence

Coldplay singer Chris Martin is rumoured to be "quietly dating" Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence.

The pair have reportedly been spending time together since the end of June, after the Hunger Games star broke up with her on-off boyfriend, fellow actor Nicholas Hoult.

According to E!, 'multiple sources' have confirmed the blossoming romance between 37-year-old Martin and the Oscar winning actress who, at 24, is 13 years younger than the British singer.

Martin is estranged from wife Gwyneth Paltrow, 41, after the pair announced they were "consciously uncoupling" after ten years of marriage. They have two children together, named Apple and Moses.

Since the breakup, the exes have continued living together at their Brentwood home.

A source said: "They've tried to keep things as stable and consistent as possible for their kids. They spend a lot of time together as a family and haven't changed things since they announced they were splitting up. Other than taking off their wedding bands, they seem closer than ever."

Lawrence's split from her X Men co-star Hoult, was also said to be amicable, with both stars blaming the demands of their careers for the break-up.

Newly separated, Martin and Hoult were first spotted together at an after party following a Coldplay gig at London's Royal Albert Hall.

While Martin clearly has a liking for American actresses, Lawrence has confessed to "being a fan of all things British."

"I get to spend some time there now and again and I like that I can go for fish and chips wearing the most awful outfit and it's cool, you know?" she said in an earlier interview.

Lawrence recently completed filming on The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, and last year, Coldplay recorded the song "Atlas," which was featured on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack.

It was previously rumoured that Martin had been dating fashionista and TV presenter Alexa Chung, while Paltrow was linked to Miami billionaire Jeff Soffer.

The news of Martin's blossoming new romance comes as it was revealed that Paltrow has started a relationship with Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk.

Hoult too, hasn't wasted any time moving on and is said to be dating Kristen Stewart, after the two became close while filming their new movie Equals.

A source told The Daily Star: "Nick is besotted with Kristen. They're a match made in heaven, they're both anti-fame and share a very strong work ethic. Almost as soon as Jennifer told Nick it was over between them, he began seeing Kristen."
