Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards 2012: Nicole Scherzinger, Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Osbourne Shine at the Event [WINNERS LIST]

Nicole Scherzinger just looked stunning in a white backless dress as she attend the Cosmopolitan's Ultimate Women of the Year Awards at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. The 34-year-old X factor judge posed for the shutterbugs in hot pink heels.

Scherzinger was named Ultimate Fun Fearless Female at the event while Scherzinger's X Factor co-judge Tulisa Contostavlos was declared as the Ultimate TV Personality.

"It made it so much better to have my little pumpkins up there giving it to me. They're just so sweet, it makes me so happy, God bless 'em," said Scherzinger.

"For the first time in many nights I'm actually sober! Giving myself applause for that!" the former N-Dubz star said.

Contostavlos who brought along her X factor contestant Ella Henderson, dedicated the award to her best friend and PA saying, "My trusty steed Gareth Varey, who broke his leg last night and he's still here! I wouldn't be half the person I am without him, so thank you!"

The singers were joined by Kelly Osbourne, who came along with her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart. Osbourne who won the award for the Ultimate Style Award looked chic in Zimmerman dress and opted for Casadei shoes.

"I used to look like s**t. I never thought I'd get a style award. 'Cosmo putting me on their cover a couple of years ago did wonders for my self-esteem," she said.

It was an emotional moment for Stephanie Kercher, whose sister Meredith Kercher was murdered in Italy five years ago as she was presented with the Editor's Choice award. The award was given in recognition of Kercher 's devotion to her family's fight for justice.

"I'm very pleased to be here. I dedicated my award to my sister and I hope to keep her memory alive and keep going for her really. My parents are very proud. It's a nice award for everyone, especially with the fifth anniversary (of Meredith's death) this week," she said.

The event was hosted by Fearne Cotton and the judges for the real-life categories at the awards included Cotton, Britain's Got Talent panelist Alesha Dixon, Professor Green, Katie Piper and Karren Brady.
