Liverpool take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League fixture at Selhurst Park on Monday evening.

Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is set for 8pm BST. Live coverage is on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD. Radio commentary of the game will be available on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Overview

Palace come into this game after suffering a 2-0 defeat at home at the hands of Manchester City in the last league fixture. Edin Dzeko opened the scoring for Manuel Pellegrini's side before Yaya Toure doubled the lead before the break.

The victory over Palace, followed by a 3-2 win over Everton at Goodison Park, has seen the Citizens still remain in the title race. Meanwhile, Palace would be looking to bounce back from their defeat against City and Tony Pulis would be eyeing for a win against the Reds.

Meanwhile, Liverpool enter the penultimate fixture after losing 2-0 to Chelsea at Anfield. The loss was the Merseyside club's first league defeat of the calendar year.

Steven Gerrard's slip just before the half time helped Demba Ba score for the west London club before Willian doubled the lead in the dying moments of the game.

Brendan Rodgers would be hoping his side could bounce back from the defeat in order to keep Liverpool's chance of winning the title alive.

The Reds are second in the table with 80 points from 36 games and are level on points with the first place City.

The two sides are separated by goal difference. A win for Liverpool will see them go on top, while the Citizens will still have a game in hand before entering the final day of the league on 11 May.

What Managers Say

Tony Pulis: "Liverpool hadn't won anything for a long time so they finished seventh last year. There was no cause for Brendan to leave the football club so he's had the opportunity and the chance to have a bit of time to sort it all out. Fair play to Liverpool because they stuck with him and never panicked and they're getting their rewards now."

Brendan Rodgers: "If there is any team that can score goals and turn it around, it will be us. That will be our aim. We aim to score goals and be defensively strong. I have seen it before. Chelsea beat Wigan 8-0 in the last game of the season (in 2010)."
