Emmy Awards 2019: Who wore what on the purple carpet

While the annual bash of Emmy Awards is celebrating the best shows and actors on Television this year, the celebrities have turned up the heat in their best costumes.

Rachel Brosnahan, Sophie Turner and Emilia Clarke are some of the celebs who made a mark on the red carpet, 'purple carpet' in case of Emmys. See who were the best dressed at the 71st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Jodei Comer

Jodie Comer did not only win Emmy for "Lead Actress in a Drama Series but also rocked the purple carpet in a Tom Ford outfit styled by Elizabeth Saltzman. Hair styled by Mark Townsend completed her look.

Sandra Oh

Comer's co-star Sandra Oh who was also nominated in the category looked sleek in a rose-hued Zac Posen dress.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge

"Fleabag" star Phoebe Waller-Bridge made it to Emmy's list for "lead actress in a comedy" and also made it to the best-dressed list in a Monique Lhuillier dress that had sparkles, tulle, and a plunging neckline.

Mandy Moore

"This is Us" star Mandy Moore definitely made it to the best-dressed list. She looked incredible in a Brandon Maxwell pink twill gazaar blouse with a red crepe cummerbund skirt.

Susan Kelechi Watson

Coincidence or not, Moore's co-star Susan Kelechi Watson looked ravishing in a very similar red and pink gown.

Milo Ventimiglia also looked dashing in a neutral-coloured jacket featuring a black lapel.

Emilia Clark, Sophie Turner and the GOT gang

"Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clark and Sophie Turner were as competitive as "Khaleesi" and "Sansa" at Emmy's red carpet. While Clarke looked gorgeous in a Valentino with David Webb jewels, Sophie Turner wowed in a Louis Vuitton blush pink dress.

Masie Williams was as graceful as ever and a vision in black. Other GoT stars Gwendoline Christie, Kit Harrington, Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey also graced the purple carpet looking as ravishing as ever.

Another look that we couldn't miss is Rachel Brosnahan in a navy sequins dress. The "Marvellous Mrs Maisel" actress looked gorgeous in an Elie Saab gown.
