Essex: Man arrested after missing girls Sammy Clarke and Siobhan Clarke found safe and well
A man has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of two teenage girls from Essex.
Sammy Clarke, 14, and Siobhan Clarke, 15, from Maldon, who went missing on 1 May, were found in Westcliff-on-Sea.
A 22-year-old man from Southend was arrested on 4 May, according to police.
The alarm was raised when the girls had not been seen since leaving to go to a local park after school. A search was carried out in Southend and police spoke to friends and relatives.
