Bill Goldberg has hinted at a possible return to WWE despite his age. The former WCW and WWE champion is 49 years old.
During an interview with Fanatics View Originals, Goldberg was asked whether he would like to return to the ring.
"Over the 11th when the video game comes out I'll be kicking everybody's ass on the roster for sure but you look at me I'm 49 years old man leave it to the young guys to go out there and do their thing I mean more imagine here and more hanging out with Simon and trying to just continually stay in shape," the wrestler said during the interview. "No matter how old I am and you never say never but I mean it's getting close to that clock kind of stopping on me but I mean you know you never seen we need one more in may," he added.
Goldberg also ignited talks of a possible match with Brock Lesnar when the interviewer suggested Brock Lesnar as his opponent in the near future. The wrestler responded to the suggestion by blowing his nose on a T-shirt with the Beast's name imprinted on it and ripping it in half.
"I don't know, can I still do this? Man, I still can do it at 49. Brock, you're next," Goldberg said.
